Speaker Guidelines – Pediatrics 360°: Child Health & Adolescent Medicine Conference

1. Welcome & Expectations

We sincerely appreciate your commitment to Pediatrics 360°. As a speaker, you play a key role in fostering knowledge exchange, innovation, and collaboration among pediatricians, adolescent medicine specialists, researchers, and healthcare leaders. Speakers are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, adhere to allocated timelines, and actively engage with delegates throughout the event.

2. Abstract Submission

All abstracts must be prepared using the prescribed abstract submission template and submitted in Microsoft Word format.

Formatting Requirements:

  • Font: Times New Roman

  • Font Size: 11

  • Word Limit: Maximum 300 words

  • Keywords: Up to 5

Abstract Structure (in order):

  • Title

  • Presenting Author

  • Co-Authors

  • Primary Affiliation

  • Abstract Text

  • Keywords

  • Up to two relevant images (optional; e.g., clinical illustrations, charts)

Additional Documents Required:

  • A recent professional photograph

  • Organization/Institution logo

  • A short biography (maximum 150 words)

An Abstract Review Fee of GBP 30 is applicable per submission to support the evaluation and peer-review process. Payment is mandatory for abstract consideration.

Following the review process, an Official Acceptance Letter will be sent to the corresponding author via email. Upon receipt, speakers must complete their registration through the official portal:

3. Professional Headshot & Biography

Speakers are requested to submit:

  • A high-resolution professional headshot

  • A detailed biography (200–300 words) highlighting:

    • Professional background

    • Current role and affiliation

    • Expertise in pediatrics, child health, or adolescent medicine

    • Key achievements, research interests, and notable contributions

This information will be featured in the conference program, website, and promotional materials.

4. Organization & Logo

Please provide:

  • Official organization/institution name

  • High-quality logo (PNG or JPEG format)

These will be used across conference branding and marketing materials to ensure a consistent and professional presentation.

5. Presentation Slot & Timing

Each speaker will be assigned a specific presentation slot (typically 20–25 minutes, including Q&A). Speakers are encouraged to structure their content accordingly and allow time for audience interaction.

6. Slide & Presentation Guidelines

  • Recommended slide count: 15–25 slides

  • Slides should be professional, concise, and visually engaging

Best Practices:

  • Use high-contrast color schemes

  • Select clear, readable fonts

  • Incorporate relevant pediatric visuals (clinical images, growth charts, case studies, graphs)

Please include the official Pediatrics 360° conference logo on all slides for brand consistency.

7. Audience Engagement

To maximize session impact, speakers are encouraged to:

  • Speak clearly and at a moderate pace

  • Avoid reading directly from slides

  • Maintain eye contact and confident body language

  • Encourage questions and interactive discussion

  • Tailor content to the clinical and academic level of a pediatric and adolescent health audience

8. Promotion & Social Media

Keynote Speakers will receive a speaker banner or social media kit. We encourage you to promote your participation on platforms such as LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, and Instagram to enhance visibility and engagement within the global child health community.

9. Recognition & Awards

The Best Pediatric Keynote Speaker Award will be evaluated based on:

  • Presentation delivery

  • Scientific relevance and innovation

  • Clarity, quality, and educational value of presentation slides

Award criteria will be communicated transparently, and recipients will be recognized during the conference.
