Poster Presenter Guidelines
Pediatrics 360°: Child Health & Adolescent Medicine Conference – Business Event & Exhibition
We are pleased to welcome you as a poster presenter at Pediatrics 360°. Your participation supports the exchange of knowledge, research, and innovation in child health and adolescent medicine. Poster sessions provide an excellent platform to share clinical insights, research findings, and best practices with a global healthcare audience.
1. Welcome & Expectations
We sincerely appreciate your contribution to Pediatrics 360°: Child Health & Adolescent Medicine Conference – Business Event & Exhibition. Poster presenters are expected to uphold high standards of professionalism, collaboration, and academic integrity, and to actively engage with delegates during poster viewing sessions.
2. Abstract Submission
All abstracts must be prepared using the prescribed abstract template and submitted in Microsoft Word format.

Word Limit: Maximum 300 words

An Abstract Review Fee of GBP 30 is applicable per submission to cover evaluation and peer-review costs. Payment of the review fee is mandatory for abstract consideration.
Following the review process, the Official Acceptance Letter will be sent to the corresponding author via email.

3. Professional Headshot & Biography
Poster presenters are requested to provide:
A high-resolution professional headshot
A biography (200–300 words) outlining:
Professional background
Current role and institutional affiliation
Areas of expertise in child health or adolescent medicine, key achievements, and notable contributions
This information will be included in the conference program and promotional materials.
4. Organization & Logo
Please provide:
Full name of your organization or institution
Official logo in high-quality PNG or JPEG format
These materials will be used across conference websites, brochures, and digital promotions to ensure consistent and professional branding.
5. Poster Presentation Slot & Timing
Poster presenters will be assigned a dedicated presentation or interaction slot (typically 15–20 minutes, including discussion). Please plan your presentation to allow sufficient time for audience interaction and questions.
6. Poster & Slide Design Guidelines
Recommended slide count (if applicable): 15–25 slides
Posters and slides should be:
Clear, professional, and visually engaging
Designed with high-contrast color schemes
Created using readable fonts
Supported by relevant visuals such as charts, graphs, and clinical images

7. Audience Engagement
Poster presenters are encouraged to:
Speak clearly and confidently at a moderate pace
Avoid reading directly from posters or slides
Maintain eye contact and use natural body language

Tailor content to a diverse audience of clinicians, researchers, and healthcare industry professionals

Poster presenters will receive an official Poster Banner / Social Media Kit. We encourage you to share your participation on LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms to enhance visibility and professional networking.
9. Recognition & Awards
The Best Poster Award will be evaluated based on:
Scientific quality and originality of content
Visual clarity and design
Presenter engagement and explanation
Award details and evaluation criteria will be communicated during the conference.
